About the screening and the round table/ The commons: 15 artists 15 spaces
The City of West Palm Beach’s ArtLife Committee commissioned 15 local artists to create temporary works that highlight our community’s need to reconnect during the pandemic. The project encouraged artists to reimagine our public spaces, reflect and respond on a localized level to a global crisis, while providing artists with financial relief. One of the 15 artists was asked to create a final short documentary that would play a vital role in producing a shared cultural memory of our time of pandemic.
This screening will be followed by a round table with artists Ates Isildak, Dana Donaty and Robert Fehre and moderated by Sybille Welter.
