The mobile rhythm game “Project Sekai: Colorful Stage!” feat. Hatsune Miku “a started its public beta in English for iOS and Android devices. The beta period will run from October 4 at 3:00 p.m. (PDT) to October 19 at 3:00 p.m. (PDT).
Unfortunately, the places available for the beta of iOS are already occupied, however, more spots will be available during its next beta period. Android users can still download the game and play it normally. Note that any progress made during the beta period will not carry over once the game has started.
“Sekai project: colorful scene! feat. Hatsune Miku ”follows the traditional formula of tapping and sliding the falling notes while doing it to the beat of the song. Its musical selection offers a wide variety of genres and music from popular producers of Vocaloid and Utaite. The Japanese version reveals around 100 songs, and we can expect most, if not all, to be available on the English version as well as more updates are released.
Originally launched in 2020 on September 30, the game was only available in Japan but is now expanding to the English market (and Asia).
With the game localized, the main difference between the Japanese version and the English version – so far – is of course the written language, but more importantly, the name of the game itself is actually different.
In Japan, the game is called “Project Sekai: Colorful Stage!” feat. Hatsune Miku ”, while the English version is called“ Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage! ”. This may be interesting to note given that most current players in the community use the short name“ Proseka ”when referring to the Game.
